Hi I am Guy Demont.

I believe there is no better business to be involved in. You put in the hard work and get the results. I joined Dormehl Phalane Property Group on 14 May 2018 and am a Full Status Property Professional Real Estate operating in the Upper Highway areas in KZN.
I am fortunate enough to have great colleagues and we work together to satisfy our client's needs. This makes our Franchise fairly unique in this industry.

I listen carefully to a client's needs. This is the start of the journey we take together and must be conducted with absolute honesty and confidentially.

We have many active agencies in the Upper Highway area and although we compete against each other I see all agents as colleagues just working for another company. We often need to liaise with these colleagues to find a suitable home for our clients.
I am easy going and get on with most people so I will be happy to assist you in your property requirements.
